Forms

Forms that go where your leads already go

Not every visitor wants a conversation. Somebody who already knows what they need wants to leave their details and get on with their evening — and the form they land on should look like it belongs to your site, not to a form company.

So we know how to reach you.

A sentence or two is plenty.

Your details go to Ray’s Painting so they can reply.

A preview. Nothing typed here is sent anywhere or stored — the real forms run on your site, in your colours, with the answers emailed to you.

One inbox, not two

A form submission arrives the same way a chat lead does — same email, same list, same place you look on a Monday morning. Splitting them would be our convenience, not yours.

The details get checked

Before it reaches you we check whether the email domain can actually receive mail, whether the number is a real one, and whether the ZIP code is in your area. What it finds goes in the email. What it never does is look the person up.

Nothing else on your page can read it

The form is served from our origin inside a frame, not injected into your page. An analytics tag, a session recorder or another vendor’s script on the same page can see that a form was sent. None of them can see the phone number.

Two lines to install

A placeholder where the form should appear, and one script tag anywhere on the page — which matters, because most site builders only give you one place to put a script.

When one at a time is better

A four-field form works better all on one screen — asking somebody to click through four pages to give you their name is friction for its own sake. Past about five questions it flips: a long form on one page looks like work, and people close it. One question per screen with a progress bar gets through more of them, and you can see exactly where somebody gave up.

You do not have to guess which is right. It is a toggle, and we will tell you what we see on sites like yours.

What it costs

Nothing extra. Forms are part of the same $300 a month as the chat assistant — same setup fee, same 6-month minimum, same weekly work keeping it useful. We build them with you during the setup week and change them whenever your business changes.
